Vijay M. Valiya

Vijay Valiya is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He serves as a partner in the Audit Department of our firm, having joined the team in 2009 as an associate Chartered Accountant. By 2010, his exceptional skills and dedication led to his induction as a partner. His background includes completing his articleship from a well-known CA firm in Mumbai, where he gained comprehensive experience in enterprise risk assessments and management framework, setup and evaluations of SOPs, internal and statutory auditing. He is proficient in various accounting ERP systems. Driven by a mission to modernize our operations and leverage technology, he is committed to elevating our services to match the quality standards of top global organizations.

• Conducting statutory and Tax audits for listed and closely held corporates.
• Conducting special purposes audits, internal audits, internal control reviews, reviews for process optimisation, identifying cost saving opportunities and strengthening internal control systems.
• Offering guidance on regulatory compliance related to the Companies Act. Contributing to the firm’s comprehensive service offerings.
